Who we are.

For 15 years, AP Vending Group has been placing and running vending machines for workplaces, schools, gyms and venues. Today our team looks after 70+ machines for 65+ clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Most of our clients choose The Smart Model: we supply, install, stock and service a machine on their site at no cost to them. Organisations with several locations get one standard across every site, and owners who already have a machine can hand its restocking and servicing to our team.

We also sell new and pre-owned M Series machines, wrap them in your brand, and help owners sell their machines and sites through our brokering service.

Our approach.

We believe a vending machine should be an asset to your site, not a source of complaints. That means keeping it stocked with products people actually want, making sure it works reliably, and being easy to reach when something needs attention.

We work with each site to understand what their team or customers are looking for, and we adjust the product mix over time based on what is selling. We also offer custom branded wraps for organisations that want their machine to reflect their identity.

Our machines accept cashless payments as standard, including card, tap-and-go and mobile wallets. We monitor machines remotely and schedule restocking visits before stock runs out.
