How AP Vending collects, uses and looks after your personal information.
Who we are
NAB Capital Group Pty Ltd (ABN 62 697 544 175), trading as AP Vending Group (“AP Vending”, “we”, “us”), installs, stocks and services vending machines, sells machines and helps owners sell theirs. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and to provide our services:
- Contact details: your name, company, email address and phone number.
- Details about your site: type of site, number of people on site, postcode and anything you tell us in your message.
- Service records: machines, locations, visits, sales reports and our correspondence with you.
- Operator orders: if you order through our operator portal, the details needed to process and deliver your order.
We do not collect card or bank details on this website. Payments in the operator portal are handled by our payment providers.
How we collect it
Directly from you — when you fill in our quote form, email or call us, or use the operator portal — and from the machines we manage (sales and fault data, which does not identify individual customers).
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal or quote.
- To book site visits, and to install, restock and service machines.
- To process operator orders and arrange delivery.
- To keep business records and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We only send marketing if you have agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with the businesses that help us run our service, and only what they need:
- our website, form and email providers;
- our operator portal and payment providers;
- suppliers and couriers who deliver stock or orders;
- professional advisers, or authorities when the law requires it.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, for example in the United States. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles.
How we protect it
We store information on secure systems with restricted access, and keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. After that, it is deleted or de-identified.
Cookies and your browser
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores your language choice (English or French) in your browser so the site remembers it. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
Access and correction
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a concern about your privacy, contact us first and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992. In New Zealand, we also follow the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), and you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
