Costs, restocking, breakdowns, branding and contracts — the questions we hear most, answered.

Does a machine cost us anything?

No. For most sites with 50 or more people, the machine, installation, stock and servicing are free — our margin comes from sales. Smaller sites, or sites with their own machine, can choose a flat monthly fee instead.

What do you need from us?

A standard 10 A power point, about one square metre of floor, and regular access for our driver.

How often do you restock?

Telemetry tells us what sells, so busy sites are visited up to three times a week and quieter ones weekly. You never need to call us about an empty spiral.

What happens if a machine breaks down?

Most faults raise an alert on our side before anyone notices. A technician is on site within 24 hours in metro areas and 48 hours regionally, and failed cashless vends are refunded automatically.

Can we choose the products?

Yes. We start from a range suited to your sector and adjust it every month from sales data and your requests, including a share of healthier options.

Can we buy a machine outright?

Yes — new or pre-owned, delivered, set up and covered by a 12-month warranty. We can keep servicing it for you, or hand it over ready to run.

Can the machine carry our branding?

Yes. We wrap the cabinet in your artwork, match your colours and place your logo — popular with schools, gyms and events.

Can you help us sell our vending machines?

Yes. We can help you sell single machines, sites with running machines or a whole vending business, from valuation to handover.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Our standard agreement runs for 12 months, then rolls monthly. If a machine isn’t earning its place, we move it or take it back at no cost.
